- For you, what makes Lippincott a special place to work?
Lippincott'ers are obsessed with understanding how people think. I've never known a group of people so fascinated by the irrationality of human decision making.
- What is a little-known fact about Lippincott?
As part of Oliver Wyman, we are on the cutting edge of sustainability consulting. Everyday, I get to help companies use brand and innovation to capture value from sustainability leadership.

- Which projects have been the most meaningful to you and why?
We helped Nucor, a steel producer, design and launch the world's first Net-Zero steel at scale. Before launch, they had already sold out for the next year. That was quite a cool moment.
- What gets you out of bed in the morning?
Tea! Every experience in life is made better by a hot mug of tea.
- What's changed the most about the industry?
Within five years, sustainability has gone from a niche topic we were championing, to the primary concern for most of our clients. Companies have realized that not only do they need to act, but that they need to take their customers with them. Guiding them through this journey is one of the most exciting and rewarding things I have done.
