Jenna Moss
Senior Associate, Brand Strategy

For Jenna, growing up in a family of creative thinkers meant Sunday morning pancakes came with a side of commercials, print ads and scripts.
That's to say, she had a head start cultivating her love of creative strategy. Through experience, passion and dedication to her craft, Jenna has become known for the smart, beautiful work she creates for our clients.
- Being a Lippincotter means….?
To me, it’s all about the creativity and rigor. Under one roof we have the most creative strategists, and the most strategic creatives. Being a Lippincotter means you can look at things from multiple angles, bringing insight and empathy to every engagement.
- What’s a fun fact about your time at Lippincott?
A tagline I wrote made it into a super bowl commercial!
- For you, what makes Lippincott a special place to work?
We put as much energy into our own business and culture as we do our clients. The people at Lippincott are constantly innovating how we do things and finding opportunities for genuine personal and professional growth.
Branding is in my DNA.
- What did school actually teach you?
A degree in art history and film taught me how to read, write and communicate judiciously. Without the art of communication, it’s just a bunch of data that doesn’t tell a story.
- What's your favorite place you've traveled to?
A trip to Morocco was pretty special—the medina, the desert, it was all just an absolute feast for the senses. And, the place I’ve felt most out of my comfort zone.
- What's changed the most about the industry / the work / the clients?
Client collaboration is entirely different in a post-pandemic, digital-first world. In my experience it’s becoming more organic, more inclusive and more agile. This can create added pressure on our teams, but the outcome is undoubtedly better if we can align around a true partnership.
- Do you have a mantra or a favorite quote?
"If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.” – Ferris Bueller
